Requirements of Mentor:

A qualified mentor is an HKIDA professional member with at least Five years of professional experience in Interior Design industry, subject to vetting by HKIDA or recognized by endorsed associations and institutions (e.g. AIA, RIBA, HKIA)

Requirements of Mentee:

1. Bachelor degree in interior design holder or2. 2-year higher diploma or associate degree in interior design PLUS 3 years working experience in interior design
